    Our recruiting services are completely free to you, the job seeker. Companies who partner with us to find talented employees pay for the service.
  • What types of positions do you fill?
    We recruit people for the following positions:

  • How long do the assignments last?
    The length of the assignment varies according to our client company's needs. Some are short-term; some are long-term. We work to match the right person with the right job, so if you desire long-term assignments with 40-hour work weeks, then we'll strive to put you in that type of assignment, however the assignments are subject to our clients needs.
  • How and when am I paid?
    Our associates are paid weekly by New Century Employment Services through direct deposit or PayCard disbursements. Typically associate employees pay is based on the number of hours worked and the position's pay rate; in some cases associate employees are paid a salary. Direct hire placements are paid in accordance with our client company's payroll policies.
  • Does New Century Employment Services offer any benefits?
    Associate employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for New Century Employment Services benefits which currently include medical, and dental.
  • Will I make more money as a contract employee or in a permanent position?
    You may be surprised. Depending on the position, you can, in some instances, make more money as a contract employee than as a direct hire permanent employee.
  • Where are you located?
    New Century Employment Services office is located in downtown Gardner Kansas, serving Southwest Johnson County and the greater Kansas City Metropolitan area.
